The post of Lecturer in Archaeology will extend the research profile of Archaeology at Exeter, particularly in areas related to forensic approaches to archaeology (from across the bioarchaeology spectrum), conflict archaeology, cultural heritage crime, historical/ contemporary/modern archaeology. The successful candidate will utilise the state-of-the-art facilities at Exeter in their research and teaching. The post will include conducting research and impact activities, in line with departmental and institutional objectives (Strategy 2030), seeking research funding and delivering research outputs, supervising research students, teaching on and developing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, contributing to the leadership of a local archaeological field school and contributions to general academic management.
